About Jon Samson

Jon Samson's CDs have won international awards, judged by artists such as Tom Waits.

He also did sound engineering for the recent film, Beasts Of The Southern Wild, and
produces music for audio programs by world-renowned author and teacher Caroline
Myss. He has been interviewed on Doctor Radio Sirius Xm and guest lectures at
Columbia University and NYU on his improvisational approach to music

About the Music Therapy Program:

BCM’s Music Therapy program,currently serves more than 900 children and adults with
special needs in Brooklyn, Queens and Manhattan through both onsite and offsite
outreach programs.
