An open mic series for all types of musicians to perform original or improvisational music as well as covers -- either solo or with others -- and to share their talents with a community of musicians.
In addition to offering a concert hall stage, the Open Stage series will give performers access to multiple instruments including a piano and a drum set to encourage ensemble performances and jam sessions, as well as a full sound system. Musicians can therefore bring their own instruments or they can use ours. Open Stage events will also be streamed live on livlivemusic.com and a video of the show will be available to performers for purchase.
Special Promotion: Advance ticket buyers for the August 4th performance will be entitled to bring a friend for free.
Teen Open Stage will take place every Sunday in the first weeknd of every month, beginning August 4th.
Performers should arrive at the event a half hour early at 6:30pm to sign up.
Performers are allowed 2 songs or a 10-minute time slot.
